Kearys Motor Group is looking for top calibre candidates to join its winning team. We are currently seeking to recruit a Full-Time Sales Manager to join our growing team based in Kearys BYD Bandon, Clonakilty Road, Bandon.
What You Will Do
Work proactively towards assisting the company reach its monthly/yearly sales targets as well as aiming to achieve individual monthly/yearly sales targets. Key role in developing the Sales team.

Requirements
- 5+ years Sales/Sales management experience
- Strong business acumen
- Motor trade experience essential

- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excel at understanding, anticipating, and meeting customer needs
- Possess strong numerical ability and IT skills
- Full clean drivers’ licence
