Finance Systems Administrator

Role Overview

We are currently looking for a Finance Systems Administrator to join our team. The Finance Systems Administrator owns the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of Keel’s finance technology stack, with primary accountability for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, the company’s core ERP system.

What You Will Do

Administer Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, lead and support system implementations, develop and deploy code-level modifications, build and manage system integrations, support reporting and data integrity, apply system controls, provide end-user support and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years administering an ERP system, with strong, hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV) required
• Demonstrated experience on end-to-end ERP or finance system implementation projects — requirements, design, configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live
• Proven ability to write and modify code within Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (AL language and extensions, and/or C/AL), including custom reports, workflows, and integrations
• Working knowledge of SOX process-level controls and system-based control design
• Highly autonomous self-starter who is comfortable owning projects end-to-end with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across Finance, Accounting, and IT
