Role Overview
The Director, HR Service Delivery & People Operations is a strategic leadership role responsible for transforming the employee experience through efficient, scalable, and data-driven HR processes. This leader will oversee the optimization of HR Shared Services, Payroll Administration, and People Operations.
What You Will Do
The Director will focus on streamlining workflows, implementing robust self-service technology, and ensuring total accuracy and compliance in payroll and data management. This role will also lead the unification of HR Shared Services and Payroll into a cohesive HR Operations function.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, Shared Services
- Strong proficiency with major HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Dayforce, Service Now)
- Experience driving system implementations or large-scale optimizations
- Demonstrated success in leading large, multi-functional teams and managing organizational change
- Deep knowledge of payroll administration, multi-state tax regulations, and the integration of specialized pay structures (e.g., driver pay, incentive payouts)
