Role Overview
The Director, Marketing Ops & Capabilities will lead the strategy, governance, and execution of key marketing operations and capability-building initiatives across North America. This role is accountable for driving operational excellence, advancing marketing capabilities, leading agency partnerships, and overseeing high-priority cross-brand initiatives that accelerate growth and transformation.
What You Will Do
The Director will define the vision, roadmap, and priorities for Marketing Operations and Capabilities across North America, establish annual objectives, KPIs, and success measures, and prioritize investments across operational excellence, capability development, and content creation.

Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing operations, marketing excellence, capability development, agency management, or commercial transformation roles within a complex, matrixed organization.
- Proven experience developing and executing marketing operating models, governance frameworks, and capability-building strategies that improve organizational effectiveness and business outcomes.
- Deep experience managing agency partnerships, scope planning, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to maximize efficiency, effectiveness, and return on investment.
- Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams, including direct leadership of managers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong track record leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across Marketing, Media, Digital, Commerce, Insights, Finance, Procurement, and other enterprise functions.
- Experience establishing KPIs, performance metrics, and operational processes to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with execution, making complex decisions that influence organizational priorities, resource allocation, and business growth.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a common vision.
