Role Overview
The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing sales operations capabilities across Kenvue Malaysia and Singapore (MYSG). This role drives operational excellence through effective sales operations, incentive management, commercial governance, and financial controls, including returns and accounts receivable management.

The incumbent plays a critical role in enabling business performance through disciplined execution, strong operational governance, and continuous process improvement. The role leads the Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) team and partners closely with commercial and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring operational rigor and alignment to business objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Analytics, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Business Analytics, Revenue Management, or related commercial functions.
- Demonstrated experience managing sales reporting, performance analytics, commercial processes, and business planning.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects involving Sales, Finance, HR, IT, and Supply Chain stakeholders.
- Strong people leadership and team management experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
