Role Overview
The FP&A Manager will play a key role in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making, working closely with senior leadership to optimize financial performance and drive business growth.

Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes, analyze key drivers of financial performance, and present strategic recommendations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems
- Experience with Power BI and Microsoft DataVerse is a plus
