Assistant FP&A Manager

Role Overview

The Assistant FP&A Manager will report to the FP&A Manager as part of the dynamic finance team in HK, contributing to financial analysis, reporting, and regional controlling.

What You Will Do

Prepare monthly financial performance analysis, develop FP&A reporting and dashboards, perform ad-hoc financial analysis, and support regional finance projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, good analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience with SAP, BPC, HFM, and Power BI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Recognized professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, management accounting, financial analysis or related finance functions
• Strong accounting knowledge with good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good PowerPoint skills
• Hands-on experience with SAP, BPC, HFM and Power BI would be an advantage
