Senior Sales Planning & Analytics Analyst

Role Overview

This role will be based in Frisco, TX and will work a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office, 2 days remote. The On-Premise Analyst is responsible for transforming data into actionable business insights that drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making across the On-Premise business.

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and scorecards. Analyze sales performance, ordering trends, account retention, and operational metrics. Deliver actionable recommendations to improve business results.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of analytical, business operations, sales operations, or reporting experience
• Strong communication skills – verbal, written, presentation and follow-through
• High level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills as well as great attention to detail along with the ability to synthesize data
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (using advanced functions in MS Excel such as pivot tables, V look ups and some base knowledge of MS Power BI, Copilot, or similar tools)
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, advanced analytical skills, quality, and strong organizational skills
• An understanding of how to manipulate large datasets, combined with strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative
