We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to optimize our sales process, enablement, and forecasting. You will partner with our Client Engagement Directors to design winning sales strategies, own revenue forecasting models, and eliminate friction from our sales cycle.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Sales Analytics
- Deep experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets mastery
- Familiarity with AI-assisted solutions
- Prior experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, or commission tracking
