Role Overview
The Data Analyst will partner with product and business teams to define KPIs, establish measurement plans, and report on performance. The role involves building and maintaining datasets and analytical models using SQL and Python, developing and maintaining dashboards and recurring reports, and analyzing the effectiveness of products, promotions, programs, and initiatives.
What You Will Do
The Data Analyst will build and maintain datasets and analytical models, develop and maintain dashboards and recurring reports, analyze the effectiveness of products, promotions, programs, and initiatives, and conduct ad hoc analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and data quality issues.

Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
- 3+ years of advanced SQL experience working with large or complex datasets
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards and reporting solutions using business intelligence tools
- Experience analyzing customer, transaction, product, or digital data to measure KPIs and business impact
- Working knowledge of Python or similar analytical programming tools
- Strong understanding of data validation, reconciliation, and data quality practices
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences
- Experience collaborating across product, technology, engineering, and business teams
