Role Overview

Ki is a 335-year-old market disruptor using algorithms, machine learning, and large language models to give insurance brokers quotes in seconds. As an FP&A Manager, you’ll drive financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, and capital insight across Ki, partnering with stakeholders to support informed decision-making.

What You Will Do

Manage core planning and forecasting processes, produce management reporting, lead analysis to improve capital efficiency, and present plans to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification (such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent)
• Actuarial qualification or equivalent analytical background
• Deep understanding of insurance finance, financial planning, forecasting, and performance management
• Solid analytical capability with proficiency in financial modelling and Excel skills
• Commercially focused with a keen interest in how businesses generate value, allocate capital, and achieve strategic objectives
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience creating dashboards and visual insights using tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar analytics platforms
• Interest in leveraging AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to improve decision-making, efficiency, and financial processes
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, navigating changing priorities and contributing to the development of evolving processes and responsibilities
