Senior Sales Operations Analyst

Role Overview

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst plays a critical role in enabling the Sales organization to operate effectively and consistently. This position leads the Sales Event Program, manages centralized sales resources and tools, supports onboarding and internal meetings, and executes cross-functional projects that improve the team’s ability to bring products to market.

What You Will Do

Event Program Management, Sales Operations and Enablement, Project and Process Management, including planning and executing trade shows, customer events, meetings, or other large-scale programs, managing centralized information hubs, administering internal Sales websites, and developing and distributing sales collateral.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in sales operations, event management, program management, project management, or a related field; CPG experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience planning and executing trade shows, customer events, meetings, or other large-scale programs.
• Strong project-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, budgets, and deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
• Experience developing and maintaining centralized resources, sales tools, or internal information platforms.
• Proficiency with SharePoint or similar content-management platforms preferred.
• Experience with Wrike or another project-management platform preferred.
• Ability and willingness to travel for priority events and meetings.
