What You Will Do

The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting sales operations, forecasting accuracy, order management, shipment planning, and business reporting across multiple business units. Key responsibilities include generating and maintaining sales, bookings, and shipment analysis reports and dashboards, supporting forecasting processes, analyzing bookings trends, and resolving sales order holds.

Requirements

• Experience in semiconductor capital equipment, manufacturing, or high-tech industries.
• Knowledge of sales forecasting, bookings management, shipment planning, and supply chain operations.
• Experience working with business intelligence and reporting tools.
• BSc in industrial & management engineering, Business administration, Accounting or equivalent.
• Experience in multidisciplinary operations or supply chain role.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent English – writing, speaking & reading.
• High analytical skills and ability to work with advanced analysis BI tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Dashboard (power BI), SAP, or any other ERP system.
