As a Business Analyst/Functional Consultant, you will support media companies in understanding their customers better, optimizing processes, and creating sustainable competitive advantages. You will work with a specialized team of consultants, developers, and digitalization experts to accompany customers on their way into the digital future.

What You Will Do

Your tasks will include being a contact person for users and key users of our publishing and media customers, steering key users and professional stakeholders, analyzing professional requirements and business cases, and developing professional and rough concepts for technical implementation.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, especially CRM, Customer Insights Journeys, and Customer Service
• Good technical understanding and the ability to quickly grasp IT solutions and system relationships
• Ideally, experience with processes in the media industry
• Enthusiasm for IT topics, project work, and team collaboration
• Good communication skills and the ability to mediate between customers, departments, and development teams
• Strong customer orientation, empathy, and a hands-on mentality
• You think analytically, work structured, and bring complex issues to the point in a comprehensible way
• Interest in AI, agents, and new technologies, as well as the willingness to continuously develop yourself
• Sense of responsibility, decision-making pleasure, and a solution-oriented way of working
• Good prioritization skills and a high quality awareness
• Very good German and good English knowledge
