Business Development Manager – Public Sector Specialist

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager – Public Sector Specialist to help us grow our impact across the UK public sector. As a specialist, you’ll identify, engage, and grow apprenticeship partnerships with government departments, local authorities, and other public institutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development within the public sector
• Experience selling into government departments, NHS Trusts, councils, or other public bodies
• Experience within the apprenticeship or skills sector
• Strong understanding of public sector procurement, frameworks, and tendering processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrable ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships and manage complex accounts
