We’re looking for a Business Development Manager – Public Sector Specialist to help us grow our impact across the UK public sector. As a specialist, you’ll identify, engage, and grow apprenticeship partnerships with government departments, local authorities, and other public institutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development within the public sector
- Experience selling into government departments, NHS Trusts, councils, or other public bodies
- Experience within the apprenticeship or skills sector
- Strong understanding of public sector procurement, frameworks, and tendering processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships and manage complex accounts
Benefits
- Full-time role, 37.5 hours per week
- Salary dependent on experience
- Uncapped commission on all apprenticeship starts once monthly target is met
