Head of Sales & Marketing

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced sales and marketing leader who understands the education and training sector and can help us grow across both apprenticeships and fee-paying commercial training.

What You Will Do

Lead the Sales division, aligning apprenticeship sales, commercial training sales and outreach, Client Development and Marketing around shared priorities.

Requirements

• Minimum Experience: Senior Manager/Supervisor
• Experience leading sales and delivering growth within education and training
• Experience developing managers and teams
• Ability to translate strategy into practical action
• Experience building demand for new programmes, services or markets
