Growth Engineer

Role Overview

We are redesigning the way we care for our parents, mothers, grandparents, and grandmothers, with the goal of helping them stay healthy, active, and independent for as long as possible. We do this through our health memberships, which integrate: Focused clinical care on prevention, Major medical coverage, and Wellness and community programs.

What You Will Do

You will connect the calculator, the registration, the consent, the signature, the payment, HubSpot, and the sales portal in a single path that improves each time. You will build and maintain self-service contracting, design, launch, and measure conversion experiments, and integrate the process with HubSpot and the sales portal.

We expect you to have true decision-making capacity within your area and not need your leader as a daily integrator. You will have autonomy to decide what to build and in what order within the self-service path, design, launch, and stop conversion experiments, and choose the technical solution and tools.

Requirements

• Decision-making capacity within your area

• Ability to design, launch, and stop conversion experiments
• Ability to choose the technical solution and tools
• Ability to speak directly with guides, sales, marketing, and operations
• Ability to bring changes to production in a gradual manner
• Ability to recommend which experiments to scale and which to discard
• Ability to propose priorities for the Growth roadmap
• Ability to elevate decisions with regulatory, platform, or company implications
• Ability to challenge the team when you consider we are taking a bad decision
