Role Overview

We are redesigning the way we care for our parents, mothers, grandparents, and grandmothers, with the goal of helping them stay healthy, active, and independent for as long as possible. What You Will Do

Manage the employee life cycle, coordinate payroll and benefits, administer systems and information quality, document and improve processes, accompany the execution of the team, and coordinate the operation of training.

Requirements

• Experience of at least four years in People Operations or personnel administration, with direct responsibility for complete processes.
• Experience in growing organizations and coordination with multiple areas and providers.
• Management of HRIS, ideally BambooHR, and spreadsheet dominance.
• Experience in coordinating payroll incidents, benefits, and labor documentation.
• Ability to document processes and implement improvements.
• Desirable experience in orienting or reviewing the work of junior profiles.
