Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Communications Cloud Developer to design, build, and deploy end-to-end digital transformation solutions for telecommunications clients.

Design, build, and customize enterprise telecommunications solutions using Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity).

Requirements

• 4+ years of dedicated, hands-on development experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity Communications)
• Proven, hands-on delivery experience on telecommunications industry projects (B2B or B2C telecom environments)
• Deep technical and functional proficiency in Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), Communications Cloud CPQ, and Salesforce Order Management (OM)
• Strong expertise in OmniStudio technologies (OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors) and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Practical experience integrating Salesforce with external telecom OSS/BSS platforms via REST/SOAP APIs
