Mid-Level Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

The Mid-Level Salesforce Developer will support CRM case management, customer engagement, workflow automation, data integration, reporting, and governed platform delivery while helping the customer deliver secure, reliable, accessible, and maintainable digital services.

What You Will Do

Design, configure, develop, integrate, test, document, and sustain Salesforce capabilities using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, DevOps Center, and Salesforce integration patterns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience in hands-on platform development or integration, preferably in complex enterprise or government environments.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation, configuration, development, integration, testing, or operations.
• Experience working with Agile delivery teams and translating stakeholder needs into maintainable technical outcomes.
