Role Overview
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and grow our B2B digital marketing strategy. Working with the team and agency partners, this role owns our digital presence and delivers integrated campaigns that engage the right audiences, strengthen our brand, generate quality opportunities and contribute directly to business growth.
What You Will Do
Set and deliver our short, medium and long-term digital marketing strategy, using data and customer insights to improve the experience across our digital channels. Lead the website strategy, user experience and development roadmap. Improve performance across email, marketing automation, search engine marketing, social media, paid digital advertising and other digital channels.

Requirements
- tertiary qualification in marketing, business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- demonstrated experience leading digital marketing, with a track record of turning strategy into measurable results
- experience delivering digital marketing in a B2B sales environment, including marketing automation and CRM platforms, account-based marketing and close alignment with Sales
- hands-on experience across paid search, paid social, SEO and email, together with strong knowledge of Google Analytics and other digital marketing technologies
- experience managing digital marketing platforms and website development, including landing pages, user journeys and conversion funnels
- commercial experience managing digital marketing budgets and showing return through lead growth, pipeline contribution and more efficient acquisition
- strong relationship-building skills across Sales, creative and data teams, agency partners and global colleagues
- previous people management experience is preferred
- clear written and verbal communication, sound judgement and close attention to detail
