Seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Data & Analytics team, responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that support operational efficiency and strategic business decisions.
Requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and SSRS reports
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources
- Develop performance metrics and reporting frameworks
- Partner closely with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements
- Collaborate with Data Architects, Data Engineers, QA teams, and Project Managers
- Communicate findings, trends, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Contribute to the enhancement of analytics and reporting processes across the organization
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging BI technologies, and analytics best practices
