Founders Associate (GTM / RevOps / Growth)

Role Overview

As a Founder’s Associate at koppla, you will work directly with our CEO and our existing Founders Associate on high impact topics across our go-to-market (GTM) and commercial team. You will help turn our substantial customer traction into a repeatable and scalable way to grow.

What You Will Do

You will help us nail our GTM motion and accelerate our growth. You will work closely with the CEO and commercial team, combining analysis with hands-on execution, and lead GTM and growth projects end to end.

Requirements

• Strong academic background in business, management, economics, or a related field
• Early in your career (internships, just graduated, or a first full-time experience)
• GTM experience from fast-paced environments such as a startup, consulting, venture capital or a mature tech company
• Pragmatic and hands-on, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Tech-savvy, thrive in ambiguity, and can switch context and take ownership without needing perfect structure
• Fluent in German and English
