The Sales Operations Coordinator will play a key role in the French & Belgium Sales team, ensuring smooth retail operations and acting as the link between client accounts and internal teams.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, customer service, account coordination, or a similar role
- Degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Good understanding of commercial processes such as order management, invoicing, customer service workflows, and KPI tracking
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, or Customer Service teams
- Proactive, hands-on, and motivated by improving processes and customer experience
- Fluent French and English language skills
- Based in France, ideally in or near Paris
