Your Tasks
As our Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in the French & Belgium Sales team, ensuring smooth retail operations and acting as the link between client accounts and internal teams.

You bring structure, take ownership, and have a strong eye for detail — whether it’s managing orders, coordinating stakeholders, or improving operational processes.
Account Management & Commercial Execution
- Ensure the implementation and follow-up of commercial agreements
- Manage invoicing and financial tracking of client accounts
- Coordinate the operational execution of commercial plans, promotions, and retailer requirements
- Maintain and update client databases and assortment files
- Respond to client requests in close collaboration with internal teams
Data & Tools Coordination
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders
- Ensure accurate product and client master data across systems
- Manage retailer article information and platform access
- Identify and support process improvements to increase operational efficiency
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain pricing matrices and sales reporting files
- Monitor commercial KPIs such as sell-in, sell-out, and stock levels
- Support budget tracking and reporting processes
Your Profile
- You have 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, customer service, account coordination, or a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced, international or consumer-facing environment
- You hold a degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- You have a good understanding of commercial processes such as order management, invoicing, customer service workflows, and KPI tracking
- You are comfortable working with data and systems (e.g. CRM tools, databases, or ERP systems) and enjoy maintaining structure and data quality
- You have experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, or Customer Service teams
- You are proactive, hands-on, and motivated by improving processes and customer experience
- You speak fluent French and English
- You are based in France, ideally in or near Paris
