Relationship Manager – Tractor and Crop Finance-AGRI-FIN-TRACTOR LOANS AND RETAIL(TFE)-Marketing Branches Operations

We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Relationship Manager – TFE to drive quality business in the MSME segment, specifically targeting Agri-related industries, food processing units, and manufacturing sectors.

Requirements

• Source working capital loan facilities for Agri-related and MSME industries
• Maintain a monthly disbursement pipeline with ticket sizes ranging from ₹2 crore to ₹25 crore
• Achieve a minimum of 3 new cases per month and meet at least 2 new leads daily
