We are seeking a Relationship Manager – TFE to drive quality business in the MSME segment, targeting Agri-related industries, food processing units, and manufacturing sectors.
Requirements
- Source working capital loan facilities for Agri-related and MSME industries
- Maintain a monthly disbursement pipeline with ticket sizes ranging from ₹2 crore to ₹25 crore
- Achieve a minimum of 3 new cases per month and meet at least 2 new leads daily
- Build and manage relationships with CAs, financial consultants, DMAs, and Kotak Bank branches
