Product Manager – Growth (technical or ex-product engineer)

Role Overview

Join an early-stage startup to grow Kovo’s core product, focusing on onboarding, lifecycle, conversion, and retention. The role involves end-to-end responsibility, setting the roadmap, and building what you find.

What You Will Do

Set the direction, find opportunities, build prototypes, ship production PRs, and run experiments. You’ll own the lifecycle system, workflows, templates, triggers, and monitoring.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product engineering, growth engineering, or a product role where you shipped your own code
• A track record of measured wins in activation, conversion, retention, or reactivation in a consumer product
• Comfortable with event-driven systems, product analytics, experiment design, and lifecycle platforms
• Intermediate SQL or better
