Role Overview
Serve as the primary internal Salesforce resource and subject matter expert, owning day-to-day platform administration, troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization.
What You Will Do
Administer and maintain Salesforce CPQ, build and maintain Salesforce Flows, automation, validation rules, custom objects, fields, and page layouts, and troubleshoot and coordinate integrations involving managed packages, third-party applications, and internal systems.

Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including hands-on experience with Sales Cloud.
- Strong Salesforce configuration and administration skills, including Flows, automation, security, and data management.
- Hands-on Salesforce CPQ administration experience.
- Experience managing sandbox environments, testing, deployments, and release processes.
- Experience supporting managed packages, third-party integrations, and troubleshooting platform issues.
- Ability to independently manage priorities, resolve problems, and communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
