Manage the order cycle of customers, resolve problems, bring new ideas and solutions to processes and problems, and participate in development projects in the area.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, IT, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics or related fields
- Desirable experience with SAP or other systems
- Experience in Supply Chain (will be a differential in Atendimento ao Cliente or Logística)
- Demonstrable records in logistics and/or customer service process optimization
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Office
