Lead, FP&A – Global Cash

We are seeking a Lead, FP&A – Global Cash to join our team at Kraft Heinz. The successful candidate will have experience in finance, including 2+ years of leadership experience, and a strong understanding of cash flow management, FP&A, and financial reporting. The role involves building and growing a finance team, delivering leadership-grade visibility, and partnering globally with regional finance leaders.

Requirements

• 7+ years in finance
• 2+ years leading teams
• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
• Strong command of cash flow management, working capital, FP&A, and financial reporting
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Hyperion, or comparable enterprise finance platforms
• Builder’s leadership style
• Senior-stakeholder presence
