Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Manager, Business Cycle & Market Intelligence – Global Supply Chain & Procurement Finance to lead our Global Supply Chain Finance team.
What You Will Do
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis activities, managing a small team of 2-3 analysts, and providing strategic insights to senior management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in supply chain finance or related areas
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing and developing a small team
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools, with a focus on Excel and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and deliver results under tight deadlines
