Senior Brand Manager – Communications will shape and lead brand communications strategy, leading development and execution of brand communications strategies that elevate creative quality and effectiveness. This role is responsible for partnering with regional and functional teams to drive alignment on communications frameworks, playbooks, and best practices, and for influencing and guiding creative processes across markets to ensure consistency, clarity, and impact.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Brand Manager or equivalent, with deep expertise in brand communications and creative execution
- Strong strategic thinker with the ability to simplify complexity and communicate clear direction
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through collaboration rather than authority
- Experience working in global or multi-market environments with comfort navigating diverse stakeholder needs
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership
- Ability to manage multiple high-profile initiatives in ambiguous or “blank‐slate” environments
- Strong business acumen and understanding of how communications drive brand equity and business performance
