As a Senior Brand Manager, you will help shape the future of the business by setting clear brand strategy and translating it into commercial impact. You will lead development of short‐ and long‐term plans, guide portfolio and innovation priorities, and establish standards that enable consistent execution across markets.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within CPG or related industries
- Strong strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into clear, actionable plans
- Proven experience building and growing brands with strong positioning, purpose, and performance
- Demonstrated leadership and influence across complex, matrixed organizations
- Experience guiding innovation, renovation, and portfolio strategy across multiple initiatives
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, including experience with P&L drivers
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity while driving clarity, alignment, and results
- Collaborative, curious, and results‐oriented self‐starter with strong communication skills
