Role Overview
The Growth Engineer will build product surfaces and systems that drive how creatives discover, adopt, and pay for Krea. The role involves owning growth problems end to end, from spotting opportunities in data to shipping experiments and measuring results.
What You Will Do
The Growth Engineer will own the funnel in code, run experiments at speed, build growth infrastructure, scale acquisition channels with engineering, power lifecycle and monetization, support launches, and automate with AI.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience, including time on a growth, monetization, or activation team at a fast-growing consumer or prosumer product, and strong quantitative instincts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience
- Real, significant Svelte or React experience
- Strong quantitative instincts
- A track record of shipping changes that moved a metric
- Comfort owning things end to end, from hypothesis to shipped, measured impact
- High ownership and speed
- AI-native
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Taste: a strong, well-developed point of view on what good creative work and good product experiences look like
