Role Overview
The Sales Manager North is responsible for regional sales and budget planning, implementing the national sales strategy in North Germany, Hamburg, Bremen, and Schleswig-Holstein. They lead a team of 11 regional sales managers and are responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership, promotion, further development, and motivation of the team.
What You Will Do
The Sales Manager North will create reports, lead action recommendations, and identify success factors for the sales region. They will also secure and increase the sales of successful brands with their team in the long term, and manage regional key customers through annual talks, listings, and action agreements.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate has a degree in economics or a completed apprenticeship in retail with corresponding further education, and at least 5 years of experience in field sales/Sales of a beverage or brand article distribution in the off-trade area. They should have leadership experience, be enthusiastic about the company’s successful brands, and have good market and customer knowledge in North Germany.
