Sales Manager

Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performance sales team, drive sales through events and marketing campaigns, and maintain in-stock levels through inventory management. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, a commitment to a no-pressure sales approach, and the ability to stay on top of market trends and industry knowledge.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will coach, mentor, and build a sales team, develop unique sales strategies, plan and manage budgets, and maintain high service levels through customer feedback. They will also recruit and train sales staff, demonstrate dedication to company initiatives, and serve as a liaison between customers and departments.

Requirements

• College degree or applicable work experience
• Demonstrated dealership sales experience and management of a revenue-generating team
• Comprehensive knowledge of sales management, merchandising, inventory, shrinkage control, security methods, and consumer behavior
• Strong organizational skills and ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal, planning, and communication skills
• Strong computer skills with previous exposure to customer data and inventory systems
• Valid driver’s license
