Role Overview
The Data Analyst will analyze purchasing and material data from multiple facilities, searching for potential standardization, centralization, and cost savings, and develop automation of purchasing processes and supply chain.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include analyzing and monitoring the efficiency of purchasing processes, analyzing data from ERP systems, working with databases, preparing reports and summaries, and monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPI).

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working with material data (master data) in the area of purchasing, warehouse management, or maintenance.
- Higher education (preferably in the fields of mathematics, economics, or logistics).
- Good knowledge of English.
- Familiarity with analytical tools and MS Office programs (especially Excel – working with large data sets).
- Ability to read technical part markings (catalog numbers, dimensions, parameters, DIN/ISO standards) and basic technical knowledge in the areas of mechanics, electricity, or automation.
- Familiarity with Power Query / Power BI, SQL, or Python.
- Experience in the industrial sector, maintenance, or spare parts management (MRO).
