Role Overview

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst reports directly to the Sr. Director of Sales Operations and plays a key role in developing and maintaining the foundational infrastructure needed to support commercial analytics, reporting, processes, and cross-functional alignment. This role supports Kuros’ continued revenue growth and market expansion by strengthening operational discipline, enabling data-driven decision making, and influencing leadership through the strategies, insights, and governance developed in partnership with key stakeholders.

What You Will Do

Maintain and enhance dashboards, reports, and visualization tools to provide regular insights on pipeline, sales performance, quota attainment, conversion rates, win/loss, funnel analysis, churn, and revenue mix. Deliver ad hoc analyses to support leadership decisions, e.g. scenario modeling, territory growth, pricing sensitivity, competitor benchmarking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
  • ~3–6 years of experience in sales operations, commercial operations, analytics, or related role
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, comfortable working with large datasets
  • Expert-level Excel skills (pivot tables, modeling, advanced formulas)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, etc.) and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical insights into business action, present to leadership
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple stakeholder requests, and thrive in ambiguity
  • Proficiency with advanced analytics (predictive modeling, statistical methods) preferred
  • Experience with SQL, Artificial Intelligence, Python, etc. preferred
  • Experience with AcuityMD platform, quoting systems, contract management systems preferred
  • Curious, growth mentality, willingness to roll up sleeves
  • Experience influencing cross-functionally (Sales, Finance, IT, Marketing)
  • Experience in high-growth / scaling companies
  • Experience in change management, training, process implementation
  • Passion for medical innovation / interest in orthopedic / bio space
