Field Marketing Senior Lead – Business Development

Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and commercially minded Field Marketing Senior Lead – Business Development to join our Marketing team. This role is focused on helping Kyndryl create new growth opportunities by opening doors in targeted whitespace, building executive relationships, and supporting the development of net-new logo and new-scope pipeline.

What You Will Do

Support the development and execution of Business Development field marketing strategies focused on targeted whitespace, net-new logo, and new-scope opportunities. Use data, insights, AI tools, agents, and account intelligence to identify target accounts, key personas, relationship paths, market triggers, and relevant entry points for Kyndryl.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, account-based marketing, business development marketing, or related marketing roles.
• Experience in technology services, IT infrastructure, consulting, or enterprise B2B environments.
• Experience building and executing targeted marketing programs for strategic accounts, new logo acquisition, whitespace expansion, or executive engagement.
• Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles, pipeline development, opportunity progression, and executive-level buying committees.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Business Development, Industry, Consult, Alliances, and cross-functional Marketing teams in a matrixed environment.
