Labcorp is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to manage large, strategic institutional clients and expand relationships by introducing focus specialty products, analytical platforms, workflow efficiencies, and other opportunities to them.
Requirements
- Develop and establish client relationship management strategies
- Maintain high levels of customer service and ensure customer retention
- Communicate with clients to monitor client expectations and satisfaction
- Recommend and implement opportunities to improve key client relationships
- Act as a liaison between the client and the Labcorp operations and sales team in relation to client needs
- Provide ongoing service and timely resolution to customer base
- Handle client queries and find solutions to complex problems
- Recommend client-focused solutions
- Identify and analyze customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts
- Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to service and grow book of business
- Meet and exceed monthly retention and growth goals
- Monitor sales performance metrics and facilitate timely interventions
