Data Engineer, RMEL

Data Engineer role to build tech and data innovation efforts at Labhya for large-scale social impact. Translate field and program needs into well-structured data systems, enabling insights at every level.

Requirements

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science/Engineering Data Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or related fields, preferably within social impact, education, or public sector domains.
• Proven expertise & experience in SQL, Python or R, and data workflow management tools.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and associated data services.
• Strong understanding & of data modeling, data warehouse design, and APIs for data integration.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, Superset) and dashboard deployment.
