Role Overview
Join the world leader in dairy products as a Distributor Coordinator (GTM) to work in the Center-West and Federal District regions. Your main responsibilities will be developing and managing the network of distributors and business partners, ensuring the execution of commercial and operational strategies, and promoting integration between distributors and internal areas of the company.
What You Will Do
Develop and manage the network of distributors and business partners, ensure the execution of the company’s commercial and operational strategies, monitor performance indicators, identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement, lead the construction and execution of business plans, act as a business consultant, and implement initiatives to increase productivity and strengthen the distribution network.

Requirements
- Higher education degree
- Valid driver’s license (category B)
- Availability for frequent travel

- Knowledge of the retail market and distribution channels
- Hands-on profile with strong negotiation, influence, and focus on results
