Role Overview
The Korea Business Finance team is seeking a Financial Analyst to serve as a trusted business partner to Sales, Operations, and Corporate functions. The team provides financial planning, forecasting, profitability analysis, and strategic decision support to drive sustainable business growth and operational excellence.
What You Will Do
Perform financial forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and operational metrics tracking in support of financial cycles. Manage quarter-end close processes, perform financial analysis, and prepare reports to create visibility to spending trends and headcount.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or business-related field
- 8+ years of experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, dashboards, and data visualization
- Attention to details and demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to develop and maintain business partner relationships at all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload; effective multi-tasking skills are vital
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal
