Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Account Executive to join our sales team in Jackson, Mississippi. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives in their assigned territory by using professional sales techniques to develop long-term advertising relationships. The role involves working in an office environment and in the field making sales calls and servicing existing accounts.
What You Will Do
The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, targeting businesses in the assigned area, and visiting established Lamar clients and competitor’s clients. They will also be required to use Lamar computer tools to locate prospects, follow up on leads, and prepare proposals and written presentations.

The successful candidate will have a college degree and previous outdoor advertising sales experience. They will also be required to have a valid driver’s license and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
