RevOps Specialist – AI & Automation

Role Overview

We are looking for a unique hybrid: a mix between a junior Revenue Operations professional and a Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our new AI capabilities and workflow automations. You will have a ‘greenfield’ opportunity to build our AI toolset from scratch while ensuring our data remains pristine and connected across departments.

What You Will Do

Build our AI infrastructure, design low-code automations, administer outbound systems, drive SDR experiments, develop playbooks, collaborate on CRM strategy, and perform data and traditional RevOps duties.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Engineering, or a highly analytical/technical growth role.
• Hands-on experience with modern outbound and enrichment tools.
• Solid understanding of CRM Tools.
• Builder Mindset: You aren’t just looking to maintain systems; you want to build them from the ground up.
• Analytical Rigor: You care deeply about data structure.
• Communication: Ability to translate complex technical workflows into simple concepts for SDRs and Sales Reps.
