Team Lead People Operations (limited to 1 year)

Role Overview

Lead a small People team, advise executives and employees on personal matters, and participate in the development of People work. The role involves team leadership, people partnering, operations, and process optimization.

What You Will Do

Take over the professional leadership of the People team, pass on knowledge, and promote the development of colleagues. You will be responsible for the operational Employee Lifecycle, People Systems, and Payroll.

Requirements

• Several years of relevant work experience in the People area
• Experience in leadership or professional guidance of employees or team process management
• In-depth experience in independent counseling of executives and employees
• In-depth knowledge of labor and social security law
• Safe handling of People systems (ideally Personio)
• Structured, reliable work style, high reliability, and a developed hands-on mentality
• Sovereign communication in German as well as good English knowledge
