Senior Financial Analyst

Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will lead financial planning and analysis activities that support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for preparing financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and performance analyses while partnering with leaders across departments to drive business performance and profitability.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: leading the preparation and distribution of monthly financial reporting packages, coordinating and managing the annual budgeting process, developing and maintaining financial models, and analyzing actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, accounting, or business analysis
• Demonstrated experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance management processes
• Experience partnering effectively with cross-functional business leaders
• Experience preparing management reporting packages and executive-level presentations
