- Proven success in automotive service management within a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment.
- Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to motivate employees and drive performance.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building trust, resolving concerns, and delivering an outstanding client experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers, technicians, and dealership leadership.
- Advanced knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair processes.
- Strong financial and operational management skills, including budgeting, expense control, and profitability analysis.
- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment while effectively solving complex operational challenges.
- Thorough understanding of industry regulations, workplace safety standards, and compliance requirements.
