Senior Product Manager, Web Growth

Role Overview

The Senior Product Manager, Web Growth will grow organic acquisition, improve conversion, and keep lastpass.com technically excellent. The role involves running experiments and measuring impact to help LastPass deliver on its mission to give everyone seamless access to everything they need to work, move fast, and stay protected.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities include growing organic visitor acquisition by developing and executing AEO and SEO strategies across lastpass.com, improving visitor-to-customer conversion by reimagining the customer journey and adding or refining web features, and designing and running conversion optimization experiments to identify and scale what drives growth.

Requirements

• Experience in growth-focused product management, including SEO/AEO-driven acquisition strategy
• Strong track record of designing and running conversion optimization experiments
• Ability to partner with engineering teams to improve website performance, reliability, and user experience
• Proficiency with web analytics tools and using data to identify opportunities, measure impact, and guide decisions
• Strong communication skills, with experience presenting growth results and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders
• Collaborative and results-oriented approach, balancing rapid experimentation with technical rigor and measurable business outcomes
